Step 1. Warm up:

1. greetings.

T: listen, say and act. Ok?

Ss: ok.

e.g.:T:get up

Ss:get up (and do it)

The other phrases: have lunch, go to school, go home, watch TV, go to bed, stand up, sit down, look at the blackboard.

Step 2. Presentation and practice

1. Teach open, close, open your book.

T:**, open the window please. It’s smelly.

S1:do it. Or he/ she does’t understand it. In such situation, T does it to help the students understand it.

T: what does “open” mean?

Ss:打开。

T: That’s it.(present the word open) read after me: open

T:ok, let me draw a clock(draw a clock of 7:30)

what does “don’t be late” mean?

Ss:别迟到了。
